Who we are

Shape Early is a UK charity in formation, based in Earley, Reading, Berkshire. Until formal registration is complete, we use this website to share information about our pilot and invite people to join our early-access community.

What we collect

If you contact us or join the early-access list, we may collect your name, email address and the message you choose to send. We only use this information to respond to you and, where you have asked us to, send Shape Early updates.

How we use and protect it

We do not sell your information. We keep it only for as long as necessary and use appropriate measures to protect it. Website forms are configured through Web3Forms; please do not include sensitive personal or child information in a web form.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from updates, by emailing hello@shapeearly.org.uk.

As our charity registration and services develop, we may update this notice. The current version will always be published here.
